About the Role
Cirota is seeking a diligent and proactive Operations Supervisor to lead the daily management of our expanding tiffin service operations. This hands-on position suits an individual enthusiastic about organizing teams, resolving challenges, and ensuring smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory and provisions management.
- Coordinate delivery routes and liaise with delivery partners.
- Address customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
- Manage daily orders, cancellations, and special requests.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team.
- Maintain basic records, process payments, and prepare daily reports.
- Identify operational issues promptly and facilitate resolutions to maintain seamless operations.
Working Hours
The role requires availability during two shifts: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Candidate Profile
- Highly responsible and exceptionally organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to perform under pressure.
- Proactive mindset—takes initiative to resolve problems without waiting for guidance.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and other basic digital applications.
- Honest, punctual, and ready to take full ownership of tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English.
- Possession of a personal laptop.
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, logistics, or delivery is advantageous.
