Operations Supervisor – Pet Care Centre

Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor at Venu's Pet Care Centre in Bengaluru will be responsible for overseeing all daily activities related to pet care services, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including pet check-ins and check-outs.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for various services such as boarding, bathing, grooming, swimming, as well as pickups and drop-offs.
• Manage customer interactions and communicate requirements efficiently using WhatsApp groups.
• Maintain and regularly update operational records using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
• Delegate and supervise tasks assigned to caretakers, groomers, drivers, and other support staff.
• Ensure all scheduled activities are monitored and performed within designated timelines.
• Address operational issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
• Facilitate smooth coordination among customers, staff members, and management teams.
