Operations Supervisor - Food Processing & Drying

Kalpana Enterprises operates in the food processing and food technology industry, with a focus on food drying. The operations center is located at Rai, Sonipat, on Main GT Road, Delhi-NCR.

Position Summary

We seek a committed Operations Supervisor to lead the daily activities of our Food Drying division at DryM Foods. This role demands hands-on management from raw material intake through drying, yield monitoring, packaging, and final product dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and calculate input versus output and yield on a per batch basis.
• Organize and assign daily labor and manpower efficiently.
• Manage packaging materials, packing procedures, and finished goods inventory.
• Schedule and oversee daily production and drying processes.
• Maintain detailed records of production volumes, wastage, and inventory.
• Facilitate coordination among production, drying, packaging, and dispatch teams.
• Analyze productivity metrics to minimize losses and wastage.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene standards, quality protocols, and process discipline on the factory floor.
• Promptly address and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Candidate Profile

• Experience of 2 to 5 years in food processing, manufacturing, production, or operations management.
• Proficient in numerical analysis, calculations, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate workforce to meet deadlines.
• Practical approach with an organized mindset, comfortable with on-floor factory operations.
• Proactive ownership mentality rather than passive supervision.
