Sterk Home Services in Ottawa is seeking an Operations Supervisor who combines hands-on skills with leadership potential. This unique position requires someone familiar with homes and residential projects, who can address problems efficiently, connect well with clients, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a developing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work for our residential members.
- Assess projects, coordinate various trade professionals, and oversee workmanship quality.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end member service from initial contact through project completion.
- Take increasing responsibility as the company grows, supporting and eventually leading field operations.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential construction, renovations, property maintenance, or home service sectors.
- Strong initiative, effective communication skills, and ambition to advance professionally.
- May come from renovation companies seeking greater responsibility or possess a background running small handyman or contracting ventures but seeking less administrative burden.
