Role overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for keeping daily business activities running smoothly across multiple departments while making sure work stays aligned with company goals. This position focuses on improving efficiency, strengthening processes, and supporting teams to deliver consistent results.

Core responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations across departments to maintain efficiency and ensure work is aligned with business objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators and overall operational results, then introduce improvements where needed.
  • Create, update, and improve policies, workflows, and procedures to raise productivity.
  • Guide, coach, and support team members to build strong performance and engagement.
  • Work with leadership and department heads on strategy delivery and resource planning.
  • Oversee budgets, inventory, and vendor partnerships when required.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Spot operational problems quickly and take effective action to resolve them.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar discipline is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in operations or management is expected.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, encourage performance, and manage people effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and experience with operational systems such as ERP and inventory management software.
