Overview

This role is being advertised through a hiring partner, which will handle the application review and all subsequent steps. The partner company is seeking an Operations Manager located in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented operations leader who performs well in fast-moving, metrics-led settings. This position centers on building and guiding strong online teams, making decisive people-management choices, and driving measurable improvement in execution and service quality.

You will work with dashboards, data, and operational systems to improve efficiency, support team development, and strengthen cross-functional coordination. This is a practical leadership position where success is judged by team output and business outcomes.

Key accountabilities

You will manage the entire employee lifecycle for online agents, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, demotions, and exits. You will also keep daily operations running smoothly and make sure the team consistently hits its targets.

  • Recruit, train, coach, promote, demote, and offboard agents based on performance
  • Oversee daily operations and maximize team productivity
  • Lead and support a team of remote or online agents
  • Run recurring training sessions, coaching conversations, and performance evaluations
  • Address escalations and resolve operational challenges quickly
  • Work with internal stakeholders to improve processes and systems
  • Leverage data, dashboards, and performance indicators to inform decisions and drive improvements

Requirements

This position calls for strong operational leadership experience, preferably with remote or online teams, plus a data-driven approach and comfort working with performance metrics. The role also demands ownership, clear communication, and the confidence to make difficult team decisions.

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a comparable leadership position
  • Demonstrated success managing online or remote agent-based teams
  • Practical experience with hiring, training, performance management, and offboarding
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand KPIs and dashboards
  • Exposure to CRMs, operational platforms, and automation tools
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • High sense of ownership and willingness to make firm performance-based decisions
