Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre. This permanent, full-time position involves overseeing the overall operations within the hotel, ensuring that departmental heads meet and surpass their revenue and guest satisfaction objectives. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager to manage critical property operations including capital projects, customer service enhancements, and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop achievable hotel budgets and strategic plans with management.
• Provide strong leadership to hotel management teams ensuring target achievements.
• Respond proactively to company audits to foster ongoing improvements.
• Exercise cost control measures and analyze financial outcomes to address issues.
• Manage and mentor Heads of Department for career growth and succession planning.
• Gather and act on guest feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct regular team briefings and communication sessions with department heads.
