• Deploy uniform operating procedures and comprehensive frameworks to enhance homecare and assisted living service delivery quality.
• Enhance clinical governance and maintain strict compliance with care protocols, ensuring dependable and consistent care standards.
• Manage manpower planning, optimize resource allocation, and boost team productivity to secure skilled staff availability at all locations.
• Oversee financial and cost controls that align operational efficiency with sustained service excellence and business viability.
• Elevate the experience for elders and families via responsive services, grievance management, and ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, sales, and central departments to harmonize clinical, operational, and customer objectives.
