Job description
Role Overview
Oversee the daily operations of Shopicom, actively monitor seller activities and platform metrics, coordinate with various teams, assess performance regularly, tackle operational challenges, and drive enhancements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a comparable discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, team leadership, or business coordination roles.
- Strong organizational capabilities coupled with leadership qualities.
- Proven skills in problem-solving and making impactful decisions.
- Familiarity with digital platform usage and basic data analytics techniques.
- Capable of working autonomously within a high-energy startup environment.
