About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the keystone for daily operational activities at Cosmo Fertility. The scope covers multiple domains - vendor coordination, field operations support, CRM management, and team task administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and own the daily task tracker for 5–8 team members, monitor progress, follow up on pending items, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Provide the founder with a clear weekly summary highlighting completed tasks, stalled items, and decisions requiring attention.
- Establish consistent operational rhythms through daily check-ins and weekly review meetings.
- Serve as the primary contact point for personnel spanning field operations, CRM, manufacturing support, and internships.
- Facilitate rapid onboarding for new hires by setting clear tasks and providing necessary tools from their first day.
- Mediates priority conflicts and clarifies ambiguities encountered by team members.
- Manage and follow up with approximately 8–10 vendors including raw materials, manufacturing, labs, packaging, and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Proactively identify delays early and maintain an updated vendor tracking system.
- Support field operations coordination involving doctor outreach campaigns, camp logistics, and pathology lab onboarding while tracking targets and compliance essentials.
- Monitor manufacturing output, raw material inventory, and coordinate quality assessments with the laboratory to anticipate shortages.
- Oversee lead and patient pipeline health weekly, tracking progress and cleaning data jointly with the CRM coordinator.
- Keep documentation and shared digital repositories organized, update SOPs, vendor contact lists, and produce simple dashboards as requested by leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5–8 years total experience, including 2–3 years in operational roles or general management at small enterprises such as clinics or startups.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multifaceted tasks simultaneously, involving team coordination, vendor management, logistics, and administrative duties.
- Results-oriented with strong follow-through skills, valuing punctuality and accountability.
- Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders including vendors and interns.
- Proficient with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email communication, and basic CRM systems.
- Located within an accessible commuting distance to Sector 62 in Noida, including nearby locales like Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and East Delhi.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
Additional Information
- This is a fully on-site position; hybrid or remote work arrangements are not available.
- Candidates primarily experienced in narrow functions such as only sales, logistics, or administration may not thrive in this varied operational role.
- We favor adaptable candidates comfortable with evolving workflows and minimal pre-documentation.
