Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily production and plant activities. This role involves supervising manpower allocation, planning production schedules, and managing critical inventory elements including raw and packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the production plant to ensure efficiency.
- Manage workforce deployment and assign work effectively.
- Plan and monitor production targets and schedules.
- Control and maintain inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Liaise with procurement, quality assurance, logistics, and dispatch teams to coordinate workflows.
- Ensure production timelines, quality benchmarks, cost effectiveness, and uninterrupted plant operation.
