About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the systems and processes that ensure smooth business operations. This role involves planning, managing vendor relations, and driving continuous improvement efforts to transform operational challenges into dependable execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational workflows spanning multiple teams or business areas.
Create and sustain operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee vendor contracts, relationships, and renewals.
Detect inefficiencies and spearhead initiatives to enhance processes.
Lead cross-functional projects through to completion.
Provide regular reports on operational status to leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 4 years in operations, project management, or related executive organizational roles.
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with project management and operational platforms such as Asana, Notion, and Monday.com.
Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets.
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
A process-driven mindset with a preference for thorough documentation.
