Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Operations Executive based in Pune to oversee field operations effectively. This role involves supervising on-site activities, tracking progress, conducting measurements, and generating daily reports to ensure the seamless execution of tasks across various locations in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational tasks and track their progress meticulously.
• Oversee work at different sites to ensure on-time completion.
• Travel extensively within Pune to supervise and coordinate field activities.
• Accurately measure site-specific parameters and document findings.
• Compile and deliver timely daily reports on site operations.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth functioning on the ground.
• Assess work quality regularly and promptly report any discrepancies to management.
• Maintain comprehensive records of site visits, measurements, and job completions.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th grade education.
• At least one year of relevant experience in field operations or supervision.
• Must possess a personal bike and hold a valid driving licence.
• Strong observation and accurate reporting skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to travel extensively within Pune.
• Preferred candidates should be Pune-based.

Work Schedule and Location

The position operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, based in Pune, Maharashtra.

Additional Details

The role requires frequent traveling across various Pune locations to oversee operations, emphasizing the need for physical mobility and active supervision.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 25,000 INR monthly.
