About the Company

Anantavriddhi Private Limited is an expanding home services startup dedicated to connecting families with reliable professionals such as physiotherapists, cooks, babysitters, and elderly-care attendants across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC).

Job Responsibilities

• Assist new service professionals in registering and setting up their profiles on the company's app.
• Manage and coordinate with the existing network of service experts, ensuring timely follow-ups, monitoring availability, and providing basic support.
• Develop and oversee advertisement campaigns on Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Design simple social media content including posts, reels, and job advertisements aimed at attracting customers and service experts.
• Monitor and analyze the responses, leads generated, and overall performance of marketing campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Familiarity with Instagram and smartphone applications.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Must be organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising is advantageous, though training will be provided.
• Open to students or recent graduates.
