Operations Head

About the Role

We seek an Operations Head to partner closely with the Founder and lead the daily operations, expansion initiatives, team management, procurement, and cost control of O4H's cloud kitchens and QSR outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of cloud kitchen and quick service restaurant locations.
• Collaborate with the Founder on business growth strategies and launch of new outlets.
• Supervise kitchen and store personnel including recruitment, training, and performance optimization.
• Implement measures for reducing food wastage, controlling inventory, and optimizing manpower costs.
• Handle procurement activities and vendor relationships, ensuring competitive pricing and consistent supply.
• Design and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor essential operational KPIs, analyze results, and perform necessary corrective steps to enhance profitability.
• Continuously identify gaps in operations and lead process improvements to support scaling efforts.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant, or food service operations.
• Proven capability in managing multiple outlets and teams effectively.
• Deep understanding of cost management, procurement, inventory control, and personnel administration.
• Strong hands-on approach with a data-centric mindset and focus on execution.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
• Comfortable working closely with the Founder in a dynamic startup setting.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary between 35000 and 40000 INR.
