About the Role

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee daily field operations, manage attendance, and deploy manpower effectively. The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth coordination between drivers, helpers, and field staff while upholding compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and document daily morning attendance of drivers and helpers.
• Assign field staff to specific wards or areas according to the planned daily schedule.
• Manage manpower deployment daily to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Serve as a liaison with field employees, resolving operational issues that arise during the day.
• Supervise field operations to guarantee completion of tasks within set timelines.
• Compile and submit detailed daily operational reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records related to attendance, manpower, and daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and field teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Enforce adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational policies.
• Assist management in meeting daily operational objectives.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient to moderate knowledge of MS Excel and experience in report creation.
• Effective manpower management and team coordination capabilities.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.
• Prior experience handling field operations and manpower is advantageous.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Seoni Malwa or its vicinity.
