Company Overview
MNR Shipping Lines LLC, based in Dubai, UAE, is expanding its freight forwarding team and is currently seeking a skilled Operations Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage import and export shipment processes efficiently.
- Liaise with shipping lines, agents, customers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and oversee all necessary shipping documentation.
- Track and follow up on bookings, Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, customs clearance, and final deliveries.
- Coordinate activities between overseas agents and local operational teams.
- Monitor shipping schedules and promptly provide updates to relevant parties.
- Address and resolve operational challenges to guarantee timely shipment execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of import and export protocols.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and UAE customs regulations.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Experience working within the UAE is advantageous.
