About the Role
Join IronPixel as an Operations Executive responsible for overseeing daily operations at a cutting-edge gaming lounge and mobile protection service center. This role combines management of gaming experiences with customer service for mobile device protection, ensuring excellent service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise gaming sessions including PS5, PC, VR, racing simulators, and RC car racing setups.
- Manage billing processes and handle all customer interactions effectively.
- Provide explanations and support related to professional mobile protection services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment and inventory management.
- Address and resolve customer queries to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Assist in sales activities, promotional events, and smooth daily store operations.
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication skills paired with a positive approach to customer handling.
- Flexible, accountable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
- Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Open to fresh graduates looking to start their career in operations.
- Prior experience in mobile screen guard application, mobile servicing, or related technical skills is an advantage but not mandatory.
