Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations along with office administrative activities.
• Engage in follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor orders, quotations, payments, dispatch schedules, and pending tasks vigilantly.
• Handle communications through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls effectively.
• Maintain business records using Excel or Google Sheets and prepare necessary documentation.
• Prepare quotations, official documents, and regular reports.
• Collaborate with management to stay aligned on daily assignments and progress updates.
• Ensure all pending tasks and activities conclude within deadlines.
• Keep documentation and records well-organized and up to date.
• Support in streamlining business operations to facilitate an efficient workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and a basic understanding of English.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining data and records.
• Strong computer competency along with WhatsApp and email handling capabilities.
• Highly organized with a sense of responsibility and proactive follow-up skills.
• Previous experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in a similar operational capacity is advantageous.
