  • Identify and report any content issues requiring resolution.
  • Support operational tasks including media order processing, tracking missing assets, and managing file deliveries.
  • Utilize documentation such as programme grids and checklists to conduct quality validations on assigned media files for movies, TV shows, and audio content intended for airline systems.
  • Recognize errors and communicate them to relevant internal stakeholders for prompt correction.
  • Assist the headquarters metadata team with additional quality control, including reviewing for spelling or grammar mistakes.
  • Deliver precise and timely monthly reporting within the department and to airline clients.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including confident use of formulas, PivotTables, and handling large datasets.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to consistently meet monthly deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the IFE or media industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
