Overview
Travel Group Luxembourg (TGL LU) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support its remote Canadian workflow. This role centers on managing and maintaining the Renata Travel DMC Workflow by ensuring thorough task management, operational coordination, and precise documentation throughout all stages—from initial intake to final handoff.
Primary Duties
- Oversee Canada's assigned operations coordination tasks using Renata Travel DMC Workflow to sustain traceable status evidence, task progress, and data accuracy.
- Analyze incoming information to spot incomplete or inconsistent data before advancing to the next workflow phase, leveraging coordination-driven documentation and cross-department collaboration.
- Monitor open items through diligent workflow and record management, ensuring source accuracy, clear ownership, and adherence to deadlines.
- Record decisions and handoffs accurately to enable seamless continuation of work by authorized team members without reconstructing historical details.
- Support quality assurance by coordinating across functions, managing issue escalations, and utilizing exception tracking to address unresolved discrepancies promptly.

Excelling in this position involves reinforcing status evidence, ensuring data accuracy, tracking exceptions, and assigning accountable owners for any open issues. Completed tasks should leave behind verifiable records to maintain workflow integrity.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with the Renata Travel DMC Workflow and coordination-centered documentation within remote Canadian operations.
- Effective written communication skills suited to status updates, ownership documentation, and clear cross-team coordination.
- Competence in escalating issues appropriately while maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Sound decision-making related to workflow and record management, including recognizing when workflow matters require escalation.

- Base salary ranges from $42,000 to $63,000 annually.
