Operations Associate (Hub)

About the Role

WeGoo is expanding its operations and seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our hub team. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless movement of packages throughout our logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub activities to guarantee a smooth and efficient workflow
• Receive shipments, verify package details against manifests and destinations, and sort accordingly
• Coordinate dispatch and handover of packages to riders, drivers, and partners across the country
• Keep precise records of package statuses and resolve any inconsistencies encountered
• Compile operational reports and promptly escalate concerns regarding missing, damaged, or delayed shipments

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
• Keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in documentation
• Strong problem-solving aptitude to handle dynamic operational challenges
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
