Operations Associate

Position Overview

PNC is seeking an Operations Associate to join its Healthcare Operations team. This role is based remotely anywhere in the United States. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST. This position may be eligible for remote work, requiring a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office presence may be necessary. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

The Operations Associate will execute routine transactions and processes following standard policies and procedures, potentially specializing in a specific product or functional area. This role involves collaborating with internal service partners to manage calls, documents, and action items for transaction completion. Ensuring the availability of necessary materials and documentation, and verifying equipment operational status (if applicable) are key duties. The associate will also respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests, providing feedback on workflow and received work. A critical aspect of the role is reviewing transactions and related documents to ensure accuracy, adherence to service levels, and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. While prior experience is not required, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree. Key competencies include accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, understanding operational functions, problem management, knowledge of products and services, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
