Serving payers, providers, and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) involved in risk-sharing, we enable value-based care and maximize financial outcomes. Our comprehensive platform integrates member data, validates submissions against claims and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and includes a reliable encounter submissions engine that aids in financial reconciliation to reduce risks and enhance revenue. Furthermore, we empower clients to construct custom Large Language Models (LLMs) based on their data, boosting predictive risk adjustment capabilities and facilitating gap closure at the point of care via EHR-integrated physician workflows.

Role Overview

HDM Innovations, a U.S.-headquartered startup focused on healthcare AI, offers intelligent data, analytics, and automation products for the American healthcare ecosystem. Our Hyderabad office plays an integral role in expanding our footprint. We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Business Operations Associate to support multifaceted functions including operations, IT, recruitment, HR, marketing, and sales. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to engage with diverse departments and understand the workings of a tech-driven healthcare company, working directly with leadership and experiencing growth alongside the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations such as scheduling, managing documents, and coordinating activities.
  • Maintain and update internal records, trackers, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with various vendors and service suppliers to ensure smooth office functions.
  • Assist with invoicing processes, expense management, and other administrative duties.
  • Set up laptops, manage email accounts, and grant software access for new hires.
  • Deliver first-response IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.
  • Keep inventories for IT equipment and software licenses current.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.
  • Handle job postings across employment platforms and review applications received.
  • Arrange interviews, liaising with candidates and interview teams efficiently.
  • Administer onboarding procedures including documentation, joining formalities, and induction sessions.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other personnel files.
  • Organize team-building and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage social media content, especially on LinkedIn, and bolster online marketing efforts including lead generation and email outreach.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Conduct fundamental research on markets and competitors.
  • Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain contact and lead databases.
  • Generate routine reports and leadership summaries.
  • Undertake miscellaneous duties supporting the overall team operation.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduates from the 2024 to 2026 cohorts; freshers or candidates with up to two years of experience are invited to apply.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and working autonomously.
  • Possesses basic IT knowledge including familiarity with computers, networks, and common software applications.
  • Availability to participate in occasional meetings aligned with U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in HR, IT support, marketing, or operational roles.
  • Experience with social media platforms, Canva, or CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Interest in healthcare or technological innovation sectors.
