Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operation Theatre Scrub Nurse to become part of our Obstetrics and Gynaecology surgical unit. This role is vital in maintaining sterile environments and operational efficiency during crucial maternal surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sterile conditions throughout surgical procedures to prevent infections.
- Assist surgeons by preparing and organizing required instruments and materials before and during operations.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical workflows.
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).
- Proven experience and knowledge in surgical nursing, particularly within Obstetrics & Gynaecology settings.
