Role Overview
The Operation Team Leader position is a full-time, on-site role located in Zone 57, Doha, Qatar. This role entails overseeing the daily delivery operations to guarantee service quality and accuracy. The leader will manage frontline delivery personnel, coordinate routing and scheduling, track operational performance metrics, and address any delivery issues to maintain timeliness. Collaboration with customer service, warehouse, and transport teams is essential to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass data analysis to drive process improvements, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and reporting key performance indicators to higher management. This role requires hands-on leadership and problem-solving within a dynamic logistics environment.

- Strong expertise in operations management including workflow and performance oversight.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in resolving service challenges and improving satisfaction.
- Capable analytical skills to interpret data, recognize patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or supply chain management preferred.
- Availability to work on-site in Zone 57, with schedule flexibility for extended or shift hours if required.
- Proficiency in office software and operational tracking systems; knowledge of real-time tracking is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related area is preferred.
