Operation Manager

Overview

The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations at multiple client sites, ensuring efficient manpower utilization and adherence to standards. The role involves supervision, coordination with clients, and maintaining high levels of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security functions across all client locations.
• Manage manpower deployment effectively, including arranging prompt replacements when staff are absent.
• Conduct regular inspections and site visits to supervise security teams.
• Engage with clients to understand operational needs, resolve complaints, and manage issues.
• Directly supervise Security Supervisors, Field Officers, and Guards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, post orders, discipline standards, and client-specific instructions among security personnel.
• Monitor attendance records, overtime, leave schedules, and manpower demands.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and client complaints promptly.
• Manage recruitment, deployment, induction, and training processes for security staff.
• Ensure maintenance of all statutory and client-specific compliance documentation.
• Assess guard performance, grooming, discipline, and overall quality of services provided.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and management information systems (MIS).
• Foster positive client relationships to secure customer satisfaction.
