Operation Executive

About the Role

Bansal Fuels is seeking an Operation Executive based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, to oversee daily sales, purchase activities, and pump operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining fundamental stock, sales, and purchase documentation while ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales, procurement, and fuel pump operations effectively.
• Keep accurate records of stock levels, sales transactions, and purchase details.
• Plan and organize routine operations to ensure uninterrupted functioning.
• Supervise team members and enforce discipline within the staff.
• Address customer complaints and liaise with BPCL officials and vendors.
• Alert management about significant issues concerning operations, stock, or cash.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibits maturity, responsibility, and reliability in work conduct.
• Possesses basic computer skills, particularly in Excel, with sound record-keeping ability.
• Comfortable performing elementary calculations and financial reconciliation.
• Capable of independently managing routine operations and staff supervision.
• Values honesty, discipline, and seeks a stable long-term employment opportunity.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges between INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
