Job Overview
Join Going Technologies as an Operation Associate supporting U.S.-based Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance partners, including agencies, brokers, MGAs, wholesalers, and carriers. Our AI-driven company is focused on delivering excellence in insurance operations and outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle processing of various P&C insurance related documents such as transactions, ACORD forms, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), quotes, renewals, endorsements, and modifications to policies.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate Agency Management System (AMS) records.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform quality checks to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Protect sensitive client information in compliance with company guidelines.
- Meet predefined targets for accuracy and turnaround time consistently.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Holding a diploma in any specialization is mandatory to be eligible for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
- Offered salary ranges between ₹120000 and ₹156000 per annum.
- Additional benefits include overtime allowance and coverage under the Employee State Insurance program.
