Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled consultant experienced in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies to develop and implement automated invoice processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure OpenText VIM and OCR systems.
• Set up configurations for invoice data capture and recognition processes.
• Define and manage various document and processing types.
• Implement validation rules and manage exception handling procedures.
• Create and maintain approval workflows.
• Integrate OCR technology with VIM and SAP platforms for seamless operation.
• Identify and resolve issues related to invoice recognition.
• Enhance invoice automation for efficient straight-through processing.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency in OpenText VIM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with OCR and intelligent capture technologies.
• Strong knowledge of invoice recognition and document capture processes.
• Familiarity with SAP FI and MM modules.
• Experience with validation and exception handling frameworks.
• Competence in designing and managing approval workflows.
