About Kidway Education

Role Overview
We are seeking Online Teachers to conduct interactive one-on-one live lessons for students worldwide. Subjects include Math and English for younger children (3–9 years), math-centric courses with integrated subjects for older students (9–15 years), as well as Personality Development, Creative Writing, Logical Thinking, and Brain Gym. Comprehensive training on teaching methodologies and subject matter will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging, interactive one-on-one live online lessons.
- Deliver clear, concept-driven instruction that stimulates student creativity, logical reasoning, and confidence.
- Adhere to prescribed curriculum and ensure teaching quality.
- Create a positive and motivating learning atmosphere.
Applicant Eligibility
- Open to fresh graduates, final-year students, or experienced educators.
- Strong proficiency in English communication required.
- Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Technical and Classroom Setup Requirements
- Mandatory laptop or personal computer.
- Reliable high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps bandwidth.
- Classroom setup includes a 4x3 ft wall-mounted whiteboard, webcam, Bluetooth headset or neckband, adequate lighting, distraction-free environment, and professional attire during lessons.
Work Hours and Compensation
- Flexible scheduling with options to work 4 to 8 hours daily within a 24-hour window.
- Split shifts allowed when available for at least 6 hours.
- Hourly pay ranges from ₹290 to ₹450, variable based on factors to be explained during onboarding.
- 100% remote work with international teaching exposure.
- No administrative or sales duties; focus solely on teaching.
