Online Store Operations Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee the online store operations. The role involves ensuring timely shipment of customer orders with adherence to quality standards across e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify order details including status, delivery addresses, and payment confirmation prior to dispatch.
• Manage the shipping process for all orders from the online store.
• Handle product returns received from shipping partners and update the system accordingly.
• Supervise operations at fulfillment centers, including system transactions and stock transfers, resolving any discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Issue transfer documentation, address customer concerns and exchanges through branches, and update stock quantities using Oracle.
• Monitor stock inventory at fulfillment centers and replenish from main warehouses when necessary.
• Keep the website's product inventory accurate and updated at all times.
• Liaise with finance teams to follow up on order payment statuses and coordinate with shipping companies regarding their financial settlements.
• Oversee delivery partners and shipping progress to ensure prompt deliveries; assess delivery companies based on coverage and speed for optimal shipment allocation.
• Carry out additional tasks as required within the scope of the responsibilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience managing online store operations.
