About NimadFresh
NimadFresh is a prominent Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) funded by NABARD and officially recognized by the Government of India. Specializing in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Indian spices, it has a notable focus on red chilli cultivation. Established under the Government's central scheme for the development of 10,000 FPOs, NimadFresh works closely with over 7,000 farmers to enhance agricultural techniques, market reach, and income levels.
Role Overview
The position of Online Sales Specialist is a full-time opportunity located in Indore, combining onsite presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and expanding digital sales channels, engaging customers, and streamlining order fulfillment for NimadFresh's range of spice products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee online sales platforms and marketplaces related to spice products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain and update product listings, including pricing and promotional details.
- Coordinate inventory and logistics with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in executing online marketing initiatives and analyze sales metrics to optimize results.
- Provide training and support to team members and partners on digital sales approaches and tools.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities for effective engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, especially within digital or online channels.
- Familiarity with online marketing, e-commerce platforms, social media, and basic digital analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM software, e-commerce dashboards, and standard office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification or experience.
- Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in FMCG, agriculture, or spice sector sales is considered advantageous.
