Online Sales Executive

Job Overview

New Durga Enterprises is seeking a proactive Counter Sales Executive skilled in managing both in-person sales and online order processing via Vyapar and Shopify platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the physical counter with their purchases and queries.
• Handle billing and enter transactions accurately using the Vyapar application.
• Receive, process, and manage orders placed through the company’s Shopify website.
• Keep order statuses updated and maintain precise records for all transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient packing and dispatch of orders.
• Support inventory management and assist in day-to-day operations of the store.
• Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a seamless buying experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with Vyapar and Shopify platforms is preferred.
• Prior experience in counter sales or customer interaction roles is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills for handling billing and order management.
• Strong communication abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Additional Information

The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 4000 and 9000 INR.
