Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire merchandising workflow, balancing daily operations with major projects and seasonal campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop and enhance best-practice standards, implement auditing systems, and create dashboards that track the effectiveness of navigation, search, and promotional activities.
• Serve as the primary problem solver for workflows, resolving ambiguities and prioritizing competing business demands.
• Analyze merchandising performance using metrics such as click-through rates, bounce rates, and search statistics to guide strategic adjustments.
• Lead and communicate merchandising priorities, addressing ongoing challenges through structured plans.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Marketplace teams, and Engineering to discuss and prioritize solutions and improvements.
• Mentor the merchandising team, imparting expertise and scaling best practices while handling complex merchandising challenges.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related discipline is required.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing merchandising, digital content, or trading workflows in retail or eCommerce environments.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to transform data insights into actionable recommendations.
• In-depth understanding of site navigation, search functionalities, and customer journey optimization within eCommerce settings.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver clear progress updates and spearhead team discussions.
• Proactive leadership style, capable of mentoring team members while remaining involved in daily execution.
