About the Role
Natural Crystals Hub, located in Johari Bazar, Jaipur, invites applications for the position of E-Commerce & Customer Support Executive. The company specializes in Natural Gemstones, Silver & Gemstone Jewellery, and Gemstone God Statues & Decorative Articles.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received via IndiaMART, Etsy, and the official website.
- Engage with both B2B and B2C clients through WhatsApp, email, and various online platforms.
- Follow up with potential customers to successfully convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Manage product listings and perform basic updates on the company website.
- Conduct SEO activities for the website and individual product pages to improve search rankings.
- Oversee social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook to enhance company presence.
- Develop and maintain accurate product descriptions, titles, tags, and other related content.
- Coordinate effectively with customers concerning pricing, product details, orders, and shipping procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Foundational computer skills.
- Fresh graduates or beginners with good communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
