- Conduct research and evaluation in a web-based setting, including verifying data accuracy, comparing sources, and assessing information relevance.

You will join the TELUS Digital AI Community, a diverse network of over one million contributors worldwide, collaborating to enhance AI models by collecting and localizing content for major global brands.
Eligibility and Qualification
Applicants do not need prior professional experience but must pass a qualification exam and standard assessments to join this long-term engagement. Ongoing work quality is subject to regular reviews.
Basic Requirements
- Fluent professional-level command of English.
- Residence in New Zealand for at least five consecutive years, with familiarity with its business, media, sports, news, social, and cultural scene historically and presently.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and perform thorough online research using various digital tools like search engines and maps.
- Versatility to manage various task types including map data, news verification, audio tasks, and content relevance assessments.
- Ensure daily access to broadband internet, a computer, and necessary software.
Assessment Process
To join the project, candidates must complete an open-book exam within a designated timeframe and undergo an ID verification process. Preparatory materials and guidelines will be provided prior to the exam.
Compensation and Working Terms
Payment is task-based and depends on project availability. Earnings may vary influenced by task volume, performance, and adherence to quality standards. This role is an independent contractor position offering flexible work scheduling, not an employment contract with TELUS Digital.
