• Accurately complete all necessary documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels.
• Organize packing efficiently to optimize space usage while preserving product safety and quality standards.
• Balance order fulfillment duties with positive interactions, assisting customers and resolving issues as needed.
• Uphold a clean, safe environment by following proper food hygiene procedures, managing spills swiftly, and ensuring totes are sanitized before use.
• Safely operate equipment and complete mandatory safety inspections.
• Display flexibility by working various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Handle high volume tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere, especially during overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and focus.
• Perform physical activities including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items typically up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Repeat tasks like stocking, zoning, and product organizing with attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this role is CAD 18.40 per hour.
