Position Overview
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to develop valuable experience in a brisk retail setting. In this position, you efficiently pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders while prioritizing accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will operate adhering to strict safety and food hygiene regulations, contributing to a smooth and trustworthy online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully select and assemble customer orders across various temperature zones to support punctual delivery.
- Ensure correctness of product choice, quantities, and identification codes when packing orders.
- Maintain product quality by choosing fresh items and discarding damaged or unsuitable goods.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels.
- Organize packing efficiently to optimize space usage while preserving product safety and quality standards.
- Balance order fulfillment duties with positive interactions, assisting customers and resolving issues as needed.
- Uphold a clean, safe environment by following proper food hygiene procedures, managing spills swiftly, and ensuring totes are sanitized before use.
- Safely operate equipment and complete mandatory safety inspections.
- Display flexibility by working various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Challenges to Anticipate
- Handle high volume tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere, especially during overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and focus.
- Perform physical activities including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items typically up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Repeat tasks like stocking, zoning, and product organizing with attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation
The starting pay rate for this role is CAD 18.40 per hour.
