Job description
Role Overview
We are in search of dependable and skilled professional drivers to operate for ride-hailing services like Ola, Uber, or Rapido. The primary role involves delivering safe, timely, and comfortable transport to our customers.
Key Duties
- Safely pick up and drop off passengers at specified locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Help passengers with boarding and getting off when necessary.
- Maintain the safety and comfort level of passengers throughout the journey.
- Record daily trips, income, and necessary records accurately.
- Immediately report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents to appropriate authorities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance rider satisfaction.
Work Schedule
Drivers are expected to work on a 24-hour rotational shift basis.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 28000 and 38500 INR.
