Job Overview and Technical Duties

• Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), employing REST and SOAP web services alongside third-party application connectors.
• Customize, develop, and maintain Oracle ERP components including forms, reports, workflows, and RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions).
• Execute unit testing, analyze and resolve defects, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the performance of integration modules.
• Develop PL/SQL code such as packages, procedures, APIs, and scripts essential for data processing and interface functionality.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and maintain integration protocols across different systems.
• Document all technical artifacts including integration designs, testing scripts, and support logs diligently.

Functional and Operational Responsibilities

• Work closely with functional consultants and end-users to understand, validate, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support for Oracle Financials and Procurement modules, focusing on integration aspects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve incidents related to Oracle EBS and OIC environments.
• Participate in change management processes, support enhancement projects, and develop new integration initiatives.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex technical issues that require vendor assistance.

Project Management and Team Collaboration

• Lead integration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and meeting of objectives.
• Assist multi-disciplinary teams during system testing phases, deployment, and go-live events.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to team members on technical proficiency and best practices.
• Maintain precise and compliant documentation aligned with IT governance policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience with Oracle Applications and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• In-depth expertise in Oracle ERP R12.x, OIC, and Oracle E-Business suite support.
• Proven ability to build and unit test integrations in OIC using REST and SOAP services as well as third-party applications.
• Advanced skills in customizing and developing Oracle ERP forms and reports.
• Strong command over RICE components and interface tables within financial and procurement modules.
• Expertise in Oracle Workflows, Personalizations, and Oracle Alerts.
• Extensive programming experience in PL/SQL including creating procedures, APIs, packages, functions, triggers, views, collections, nested tables, arrays, records, sequences, constraints, and other database objects.
• Hands-on development in SQL and PL/SQL, including exposing packages and functions as REST services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle development tools, e-Business application functionalities, system administration, database structures, and multi-organization architecture.
