About the Role

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking motivated and result-oriented individuals for the position of Officer based in Chennai. This is a full-time contractual role with a focus on driving sales and engagement in hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with hospitals and their departments to foster relations for EMI offerings, in-patient department (IPD) and out-patient department (OPD) cashless transactions.
• Interact directly with walk-in hospital customers to provide tailored EMI financing solutions and other relevant products, addressing their queries effectively.
• Ensure prompt responses to hospital inquiries and regularly report key performance metrics to support business growth.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge, including financial products, interest rates, insurance terms, and eligibility criteria.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or diploma holder with 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or B2C industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in the local language, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Result-driven mindset with a proactive approach in high-performance environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, alongside strong presentation and data analytics capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Offered CTC is ₹220,730 plus incentives.
