Their flagship platform, the Shiji Platform, is a comprehensive cloud-based technology suite covering Property Management System, Point-of-Sale, guest engagement, distribution, payments, and data intelligence for more than 91,000 hotels worldwide, including major hotel chains.
Responsibilities
- Manage company documentation and administrative paperwork efficiently.
- Coordinate the approvals required for business setup activities.
- Oversee government mandates and licensing processes.
- Act as a liaison with immigration and labor authorities.
- Handle submission and processing of various applications and paperwork with local government entities.
- Ensure timely renewal of employee contracts, visas, and labor permits.
- Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate family members.
- Keep employees informed about necessary documents before visa or labor card expirations.
- Maintain an updated visa checklist in response to changes in visa and labor regulations.
- Assist both the company and employees with visa-related procedures at embassies.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of passports and residence visas, scanning and updating documents as details change.
- Renew company licenses before expiry.
- Notify relevant parties regarding required documentation for trade license renewals and government surveys.
- Prepare and submit detailed visa-related expense reports to management.
- Coordinate with banks for documentation and processing transactions as directed by the General Manager.
- Manage postal office activities including mail checking and processing.
- Provide support in developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with global People & Culture teams on recruitment and other aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Prior experience in office management or People & Culture (Human Resources) roles.
- Knowledge and experience in recruitment and other HR functions.
- Strong understanding of local government laws and platforms.
- Ability to work from the office at least three days per week.
