Office Coordinator

Job Overview

We seek an efficient and proactive Office Coordinator to manage and streamline leads within the company's CRM system. The role requires collaboration with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up and accurate record maintenance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Extract leads from the company CRM and distribute them among sales personnel accordingly.
• Work closely with sales executives to monitor the progress of lead follow-ups.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of lead data maintained in CRM.
• Keep track of contacted leads, outstanding follow-ups, bookings, and successful conversions.
• Make sure sales team members update lead statuses and remarks timely in CRM.
• Promptly follow up with team members regarding missing data or pending updates.
• Compile daily reports on lead status and communicate updates to management.
• Detect duplicate, invalid, or poor-quality leads and coordinate corrections appropriately.
• Maintain precise records using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Act as liaison between sales team and management to enhance lead management and reporting procedures.
