Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Home Purchase Plan (HPP) Advisor based in Blackburn to represent our brand and uphold our mission and values. In this role, you will provide expert and customised advice across the full HPP market while maintaining high standards of compliance and exemplary customer service. This position offers the chance to impact internal processes, bring innovation to a close-knit team, and support seamless business growth.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Hold full CeMAP qualification or an equivalent certified financial advice accreditation.
- Demonstrate robust experience in mortgage or HPP advisory roles with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Islamic finance products, including key structures and provider-specific requirements.
- Showcase a growth-oriented mindset passionate about refining operational processes and scaling business functions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently embodying company values and delivering a trustworthy and welcoming client experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain enduring client relationships.
