Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Offer informed guidance and suggestions across various liquor, wine, and beer products.
- Replenish stock on shelves, in coolers, and on displays as necessary.
- Keep the store clean and well-organized, including sweeping, dusting, and straightening shelves.
- Check incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Support inventory counting and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store operational procedures.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Preferably at least one year of retail experience; prior liquor store experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Must be legally permitted to sell alcohol under local regulations.
- Possess a valid "Serve It Right" license issued by Saskatchewan.
- Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
