About the Role

Join Stylerunner as a Store Manager for the ODE store located in Bondi Beach. This role calls for a confident and driven leader passionate about fashion, wellness, and creating memorable retail experiences. You'll spearhead daily store operations, coach your team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining the energetic, inclusive brand ethos Stylerunner represents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a high-performing sales team through coaching and development.
• Drive store success by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising standards.
• Use data insights to spot growth opportunities and address areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture centered on confidence, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Maintain an inviting and brand-aligned store atmosphere that motivates staff and appeals to customers.
• Ensure all safety, compliance, and occupational health standards are met consistently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management, either as a store manager or assistant manager.
• A proactive, inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• A passion for fashion combined with a commitment to the wellness-centric Stylerunner brand.
• Documented success in achieving ambitious sales and performance targets.
• Experience managing staff rosters, stock controls, shrinkage, and payroll.
• Strong operational skills, excellent customer service aptitude, and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Availability for a working schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
