Job description
Overview
This role demands an experienced professional capable of independently crafting solutions to complex issues through thorough analysis. The specialist will lead sophisticated operational tasks such as designing organizational and positional structures, executing workforce planning, managing budgets, and maintaining critical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly review and refine the organizational structure by developing necessary value chains based on analysis and stakeholder input for specified levels (N3 and below).
- Develop and update functional role definitions aligned with the revised organizational and positional framework.
- Continuously refresh job functions, descriptions, and behavioral and technical competencies consistent with the organizational changes.
- Identify and update career progression tracks.
- Outline primary activities per business area to support manpower planning tools.
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather data on workloads, drivers, and activity durations to inform the workforce plan.
- Complete the workforce plan incorporating mandatory organizational changes and ad hoc requests to assess labor needs and supply.
- Manage vacancy redistribution, job amendments, requisitions, and resignation tracking to update workforce reports.
- Collect and evaluate HR budget reports; negotiate and finalize budgets through collaboration with relevant departments.
- Prepare comprehensive HC budget documentation and reports for approval.
- Engage with key stakeholders—including Finance, Administration, and HC Vice Governor—to finalize budget approvals.
- Create dashboards to monitor budget use, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with IT and Digitization teams to ensure the HRIS system meets operational needs and maintain accurate records within the system.
- Adhere strictly to established policies, processes, and SOPs to maintain operational consistency.
- Support and train junior team members, provide guidance, delegate tasks, and ensure quality workflow management.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues appropriately to facilitate timely resolution.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Education & Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Have at least four years of relevant professional experience.
