Role Overview

The Occupational Therapist at Soluk Center in Riyadh is responsible for delivering client-focused assessment, treatment, and follow-up to enhance independence in daily living activities. This position involves creating personalized treatment programs, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and working closely with a multidisciplinary medical team to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of clients' functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment regimens.
• Keep detailed documentation of client progress and therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families on therapeutic methods and strategies.
• Adapt treatment plans as needed based on client goals and response to therapy.
• Take part in team case discussions and contribute to service enhancements.
• Ensure all activities comply with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Solid background in occupational therapy and rehabilitation techniques, including creating personalized interventions.
• Understanding of medical knowledge for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals such as physicians.
• Strong communication abilities for clear explanation of therapy plans and cooperative work with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Experience or interest in pediatric occupational therapy, particularly in developmental and functional support for children.
• Possession of a recognized occupational therapy degree and eligibility for local licensing or registration.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience, especially within multidisciplinary or specialized treatment centers.
• Exceptional documentation skills, effective time management, and attention to detail ensuring high-quality care.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Riyadh and sensitive engagement with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
