Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace assessments with confidence and develop graduated return-to-work plans and perform task analyses.
• Apply vocational rehabilitation knowledge to assist clients effectively throughout their recovery journey.
• Provide clinical care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, working in both community and workplace environments.
• Collaborate within a team environment that encourages innovation, excellence, and high performance.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about making a positive impact and delivering excellent client care.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills with flexibility to manage a wide range of client needs.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
• Experience in delivering client-focused rehabilitation within community settings.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Possession of relevant qualifications, current professional registration, and a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum of two years’ experience specifically in vocational rehabilitation.
