About the Role
Based in Wellington, you will report to your Team Leader and integrate into a collaborative and empowering team culture. Your work will primarily involve vocational rehabilitation services including workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans, and task analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough workplace assessments and develop tailored return-to-work strategies.
- Apply your knowledge of vocational service pathways to benefit clients.
- Provide clinical support in both workplace and community environments, adapting to varied daily challenges.
- Deliver care focused on excellence and positive outcomes aligned with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team that values innovation, support, and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
- Dedication to making a meaningful impact through outstanding client care.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and flexibility across different client needs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.
- Experience delivering client-centered rehabilitation in community settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications, professional registration, and a current practicing certificate are mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience specifically in vocational rehabilitation.
